Creativity Made the Difference!

We often get the opportunity to demonstrate our creativity when we are placed into competitive design situations in order to win a project with a prospective client. This was the case with France-based, Immucor Gamma. Immucor Gamma holds top market share in the blood testing industry. They have offices around the world, including the USA. We competed against several international agencies in the design of a new exhibit for Immucor to be used for various shows in the USA. Based on meeting their objectives with a creative solution, we won a new client!

Immucor Gamma would have a strong presence at several US shows in their industry, including AABB in Boston. The AABB (formerly known as the American Association for Blood Banks) is an international, not-for-profit association representing individuals and institutions involved in the field of transfusion medicine and cellular therapies. The association is committed to improving health by developing and delivering standards, accreditation and educational programs that focus on optimizing patient and donor care and safety. AABB holds a very large, important show annually in different locations around the USA.

The Process Kept the Client

We believe that the process is just as important as the final result – when producing exhibits, events or interiors! So, we take a process-driven approach to project management. The goal is to create a refined process which delivers consistent results every time, minimizing the chance of failures. We regularly refine and evaluate the process in order to make improvements along the way. This type of approach is very important to many of our clients, especially if their organization is large, complex and process-driven.

Immucor Gamma’s USA marketing team was leading the effort for the US shows. But, there were key stakeholders involved from France and other geographies as well. So, it was important to Immucor that they work with an agency such as ours, who was comfortable in working with their staff people in different countries. And, our process and technology, including our N2U Project Management Website, made that type of collaboration possible.
